Shipping & Return Policy

We do not offer any returns on software based products such as a Mini PC or a Raspberry Pi.  This also includes any package or kit that includes either a Mini PC or a Raspberry Pi.  However, we are happy to accept returns within a 14 day period from the date of delivery on all other products.

We thoroughly test our products before packaging and we package all of our products safely, with shipment in mind, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement when the product is returned.

We are happy to announce that due to popular demand, we have just made our products available to Canada and the UK. We are working on expanding shipping to more of our international customers in the near future!
