Shipping policy
We ship from the United States and offer both domestic and international shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Custom orders or made to order items may require additional preparation time and can take up to 2 weeks before shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier transit times. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
If an order is shipped to a third party package forwarding service, it is considered delivered once tracking confirms delivery to the U.S. forwarding address provided. We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, or issues that occur after delivery to a forwarding service.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their arcade cabinet before purchasing. Installation requires basic technical ability. Damage caused during installation, improper wiring, or misuse is not covered.
Due to the nature of electronic components and modification kits, items that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be returned.
For domestic returns within the United States, items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
International returns must be approved prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import charges associated with returning an item.
