Refund policy

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of electronic components and modification kits, items that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific Arcade1Up cabinet model before purchasing. Arcade cabinets have many variations and compatibility may vary.

Installation of modification kits requires basic technical ability. Damage caused during installation, improper wiring, misuse, or modification is not covered under return or refund eligibility.

Electronic components are tested prior to shipment. Issues caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible hardware, or user error are not considered product defects.

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, import charges, and any other costs associated with returning an item.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Items returned in used, installed, damaged, or modified condition will not be eligible for a refund.
