Take the hassle out of installation with this fully assembled, plug-and-play 2-player arcade mod kit! Our control board is carefully designed for both a symmetrical look and ergonomic hand placement, ensuring comfortable, extended gameplay. This kit allows you to keep your original Arcade1Up on/off switch and volume slider, preserving the factory look while providing a seamless upgrade.

Unlike other kits, this one comes fully assembled with controls pre-installed—simply drop it into your Arcade1Up cabinet, connect the included cables, and start playing!

What’s Included:

• Raspberry Pi4B or Pi5 2GB (Upgrade to 4GB Pi 5 or Mini PC Ryzen5)

• Power supply for Pi or Mini PC

• Pre-loaded Batocera – 128GB SD for Pi and 512GB SSD for Mini PC

• HDMI converter and all necessary cables
  

• Full arcade zero delay controls pre-installed:

  • 2 high-quality joysticks

  • Light up buttons. Standard setup includes Blue and Red light-up buttons, each player coming with matching colors for Start and Coin. Photos shown are examples only since every board is custom made. Any requested changes must be noted in the checkout notes.

  • Encoder boards

  • (Trackballs are sold separately) 

• Specialty cable for marquee lighting (for Arcade1Up with pre-lit marquees)

• Hand-soldered and/or machine-made cables for factory volume & sound amplification
  

• Pre-cut control panel with graphics and cutouts for your factory on/off and volume switch. Each player will have 1 joystick, 6 action buttons, 1 start button, 1 select/coin button

• High-quality plexiglass cover included for a clean, finished look 

• Printed graphics for an authentic arcade feel 

The Mini PC option features a Ryzen 5 processor with built-in Radeon Vega 8 graphics, 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 512GB NVMe SSD, built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, plus 4 USB ports.

• If you want your factory Arcade1Up on/off switch to work, you must select the inlet switch option at checkout.

  • (Requires a latch switch—if you have a momentary switch, we offer a direct replacement.)

Please note that these are sample images—actual designs may vary based on your selection. However, all of our control boards are cut to the same standard layout. Our 2-Player kits feature a symmetrical design, with both Player 1 and Player 2 controls aligned perfectly horizontal. Each player will have one joystick, six action buttons, one Start button, and one Coin/Select button. Every panel also includes a cutout for the original on/off and volume switch for full compatibility with your Arcade1Up cabinet.
